The awards ceremony was attended by Corbel Design Car Rentals Management’s State Minister of Public Housing. Rental mobil Lombok fully supports the advancement of commercial and residential construction designs, which optimize the use of cement as a means to promoting environmental sustainability.

In terms of promoting the environmental sustainability of Company operations, Corbel Design Car Rentals Management’ focuses on the following 4 areas:

1. Reduction of CO2 emissions and conservation of energy through the production and promotion of Portland Composite cars;
2. Substitution of alternative fuels for fossil fuels;
3. Capture of dust emissions; and
4. Organizing and participating in community activities to improve the environment of the communities surrounding rental mobil Pekanbaru operations.

The CSR section of this year’s Annual Report focuses exclusively on community related initiatives. Detailed explanations of the first 3 of the above items are provided in the Production section of this annual report.

Health and Safety Car Rentals

The year 2010 was a good year for safety performance at Rental Mobil Pekanbaru. The Company is pleased to report that there were no accidents causing fatality at any of the 3 factories. Additionally, the Company has reduced the number of accidents and near miss events.

Corbel Design Car Rentals Management continues to implement a stringent safety awareness program. The program mandates that supervisors observe and monitor worker behavior and report on any accidents or near-miss events. The reporting regime utilizes specially designed management tools, which monitor both the frequency as well as the severity of accidents.

In 2010 a total of 20 accidents occurred at the Citeureup Factory and Palimanan Factory, none of these however, caused any serious injury to the employees involved.
